I joined a diamond grading class simply because I was curious about diamonds their sparkle, their structure, their little details.
But that class gave me much more than knowledge. That’s where I met Vanshita, and together we found ourselves dreaming about something bigger. We’d talk after class about jewellery, doodle ideas in the margins of our notes, and ask, “What if we actually made this happen?”
That simple what if turned into sketches, plans, and finally, J'ORI – The Fine Jewellery.
For me, J'ORI is not just a business. It’s the proof that a classroom dream can turn into something real — something you can hold, share, and be proud of every single day.

Some dreams don’t arrive with a big announcement, they whisper to you. For me, it was always diamonds.
I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t drawn to their brilliance, their story, their magic. But the real turning point came when I stepped into my first diamond grading class. I thought I was just there to learn; I didn’t realize I was stepping into the first chapter of something much bigger.
In that classroom, I not only discovered the art of truly seeing a diamond every facet, every fire but I also met someone who shared the same spark in her eyes. Over shared notes, coffee breaks, and endless conversations, our casual dreams started to take shape.
What if we didn’t just admire diamonds…
What if we built something around them?
That “what if” became late nights of planning, endless sketches, and a vision we couldn’t let go of. That’s how J'ORI – The Fine Jewellery was born not from a business plan, but from a dream three friends refused to stop chasing.
From a classroom seat to a jewellery studio, from a quiet wish to a living brand, this journey has been the most personal and meaningful part of my life.
