ORDER TIME & SHIPPING
Production time: 10–12 business days (as mentioned on product pages).
We ship within India and internationally.
Customs duties for international orders must be paid by the customer.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
As items are made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted.
Cancellations allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order.
Manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced after inspection.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Customised jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Design confirmation will be taken before production.

CERTIFICATIONS
All jewellery is hallmarked and uses certified lab-grown diamonds (where applicable).
