Are your lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes, at Jori – The Fine Jewellery, we only use certified, real lab-grown diamonds. They’re chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds—but without the environmental or ethical baggage. Same brilliance, better choice.
Will anyone be able to tell the difference between a lab-grown and a natural diamond?
Not at all. Even experts need specialized equipment to tell them apart. That’s the magic of Jori’s lab-grown diamonds—they look and feel exactly like mined ones, but they come with a clear conscience.
Do Jori diamonds come with certificates?
Every Jori piece that features a centre diamond above 0.30 carat comes with an authentic grading certificate from trusted labs like IGI or GIA. We believe in full transparency and premium quality—always.
What metals are used in Jori jewellery?
We craft our pieces using hallmarked 14K and 18K silver and gold available in white, yellow, or rose gold. Platinum is also available upon request. Every Jori creation is built to last and shine for generations.
Are Jori diamonds eco-friendly and ethical?
Yes. At Jori, we’re proud to be a sustainable and ethical alternative to traditional diamond jewellery. Our lab-grown diamonds are conflict-free and created with significantly less environmental impact—because beauty should never come at a cost.

How long does it take to receive my Jori piece?
Ready-to-ship pieces: 5–7 business days (India)
Custom or made-to-order: 10–18 business days

Domestic shipping is free. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

If the order hasn’t entered production, we’ll try our best to accommodate changes. Custom pieces, once approved, cannot be cancelled. But don’t worry—just contact the Jori team and we’ll guide you.

What is Jori’s return policy?
We accept returns on eligible ready-to-ship items within 7 days of delivery, provided they’re unworn and in original packaging. Custom or personalized jewellery is non-returnable since it’s crafted just for you.
How do I initiate a return or exchange with Jori?

How do I take care of my Jori jewellery?
Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth after each wear. Avoid harsh chemicals or perfumes, and store each piece in its own soft pouch. Jori jewellery is built to last, and a little love keeps it looking radiant.
Does Jori offer cleaning or repair services?
Yes! We offer lifetime complimentary cleaning and polishing. Need a repair? We’re happy to help—just send us a message.
Can Jori resize my ring later?
We offer one free resizing within 30 days of purchase for most ring designs. Your comfort and satisfaction matter to us.
Warranty & Certification
Will my Jori piece come with a certificate?
Yes. All Jori centre stones above 1.0 carat come with IGI or GIA certification, ensuring authenticity and quality.
Does Jori provide a warranty?
Yes! Every piece comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. We’ll take care of issues like loose stones or settings—because your jewellery should always feel secure.
Gifting & Packaging
Does Jori offer gift packaging?
Yes. Every Jori piece arrives in our signature luxury box—perfect for gifting. Add a note at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten card to make it even more special.
Can I ship a Jori piece directly to a loved one?
