We ship worldwide. Any customs duties or taxes imposed by local authorities are the customer’s responsibility. Team J’ori is not liable for these charges, so please review applicable rates collected by local government.

Free shipping is offered to the USA, Canada, Europe, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, and India. For other countries, economy shipping is USD 15.
Express shipping is USD 35 apply for all countries.

Please note that express shipping does not reduce processing time. Delivery timelines are 5–7 days for express shipping and 17–19 days for economy shipping.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared. All orders are fully insured until delivery, and a signature is required upon receipt.
